As with all of our garden rooms, there is a professional plastered finish, it is fully insulated for year round use, and includes the electrical connection. Our client also included our air-con unit package, keeping them cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Inside the storage area, the walls have been finished with a hard wearing OSB board, that is more resistant to any bumps and scratches from tools and lawn mowers.
We were also able to build the garden room to sit harmoniously with an existing patio, minimising the need for more landscaping. A 600mm decking bridges the gap from garden to garden room, by providing an easy step up to the doors. The James Hardie weatherboard cladding provides a stylish and hardwearing finish that looks great, as well as reducing maintenance in the long run.
