Do you ever wish you had an extra room for when friends or family come to stay? The disruption of an extension often puts people off, but this annexe project is the perfect solution! With a WC and shower in an adjacent room, angled storage with space for a fridge and kettle, and a clever fold out bed, it has it all! Now when our client has guests over, they have the privacy of their own space.
Due to the irregular shape of the garden, we were able to design a garden annexe that maximised the space internally, whilst also filling an awkward corner. With an upgraded insulation package, this annexe is classed as liveable space, adding even more value to the property. Clad in hardwearing, low maintenance James Hardie Weatherboard, it will also stay looking pristine with minimal upkeep. A large decking to the front gives a great space to have a morning coffee, and our skilled carpenters were able to build it around an existing tree.
