Here at Miniature Manors, we use standardised construction details to ensure the highest level of build quality across all our projects. Though no two of our projects are the same, they will all share the same level of attention to detail and performance, using great quality materials and assembled with an exceptional degree of craftsmanship.

We use a hand cut, timber frame construction, allowing us to craft your garden room onsite to your chosen design. All our walls come fully insulated as standard.
The exterior side of the wall can be finished with a variety of different cladding materials. Most commonly, we use cedar or feather edge timber, but you can use a composite or fibre cement board cladding if you want something a little different.
All our standard roofs come fully insulated, with different finishing options depending on whether you go for a flat or a pitched roof design. Our flat roofs use an EPDM finishing kit as standard, with pitched roofs using a roofing tile of your choice.

We have two core options for your floor build up; a suspended timber frame or a ground bearing concrete slab. Which option we use will depend upon the site conditions and the scale of your build.
Both options come fully insulated and can be finished with any of our standard floor finishes.
Our music studios have a number of different soundproofing upgrade options for you to consider depending on the requirements of your project.
These include the addition of secondary isolating partitions, upgrading the linings and insulation, as well as options for acoustic glazing and double wall/ door systems.
Combining these techniques allows us to achieve exceptional levels of noise reduction.
