After your initial enquiry, a member of our team will aim to contact you within 48 hours to discuss your garden room or garden structure plans in more detail. It is always helpful to find out if there are particular features that you would like built into the garden structure, as well as if you have a size in mind. We like to get an estimate to you as soon as possible so that we can determine whether we can accommodate your budget.
We recommend booking in a site-visit with one of our Operations Managers in order to have a detailed conversation about your garden room or garden structure plans. A member of our knowledgeable team will bring material samples and our digital portfolio. This enables you to choose the finish and allows us to create a design that is truly unique for you.
Our team will then create a 3D model which encapsulates your ideas. We will send this to you with a list of proposed specifications and a quotation. We welcome any feedback and will keep making adjustments until you are 100% happy with the design and cost.
When you are happy to proceed with your own Miniature Manor, we will schedule your build into our diary. To confirm your start date we require a deposit which will be outlined in your quotation. Start dates are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, although our lead time is usually no more than 12 weeks depending on the time of year.
The build time of our garden structures depends on the size and complexities of your project. The majority of the work will take place on-site in your garden. As none of our structures are mass-produced, we will order your required materials especially for your work. Our garden rooms 1 – 4 weeks depending upon the additional features required such as washrooms or specialised decorating. We have a talented team of carpenters who take pride in their work and will aim to get your custom-made design completed as soon as possible.
When your garden room is complete, it’s yours to enjoy. Whether that’ssetting up your exclusive home gym or music studio, settling into a new home office, or simply showing it off to friends and family for the first time. The fun part starts here. Your 10 year structural warranty is set out in our terms and conditions, so you always know what’s covered, and our team remains on hand if anything ever needs addressing.
