This is where our bespoke design and build service begins. You’re in control of how your garden room looks, and it’s our job to bring that vision to life. Your dedicated account manager puts together an initial concept shaped around your brief, complimentary as part of our service, and we’ll email over our cladding options brochure for further inspiration.
With an initial concept in hand, a member of our knowledgeable team will visit your garden in person. We’ll measure the plot and check access, then talk through your requirements and the aesthetic finish you’re after, whether it’s a home gym, an office, or an annexe. From there, we design around exactly how you’ll live in the space, right down to the window placement and electrics, so nothing feels like an afterthought.
Following the site visit, we’ll make any final changes to your 3D design and send over your final quotation. This will include a full list of specifications and any optional extras discussed in the meeting. Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll lock in your start date with a deposit, on a first-come, first-served basis, so the sooner you decide, the sooner your build begins.
With materials ordered specifically for your project, our skilled team of tradesmen takes over on-site. It’s a genuinely turnkey service, so once the build begins, you can sit back and let us get on with it. A standard garden room typically takes one to three weeks, while larger projects such as annexes, with the added plumbing and electrics involved, usually take eight to twelve weeks. Every structure is handcrafted rather than mass-produced, built with the same care and attention whatever the size of the job.
