Garden Rooms with Storage

Having a garden room doesn’t mean that you need to lose out on valuable storage space. We can include storage on all of our bespoke garden rooms. The storage area can be separate to the main room, and have an entrance to the front, side or rear of your structure. Typically, we line our adjoining sheds with OSB. However, we are able to upgrade this to a plastered or Hygienic uPVC boarding finish. We can also include windows, plug points and internal lighting.

Concealed Storage Areas
Our carpentry team can clad your storage entrance so that it is ‘hidden’. Take a look at our Garden Beauty Therapy Room example. The storage area, which is used for work equipment, blends with the rest of the building because of the continued cedar cladding.

Roller Garage Door Entrance
If you are looking for a practical entrance for your storage space (perhaps for storing bikes or large gardening equipment), then a roller garage door could be for you. We have included this design solution on several of our builds where our customer has had more specific storage needs. Check out our Family Room with Rear Garage & Toilet example, or the impressive Angled Garden Gym.

L-Shaped Garden Buildings with Storage
By having a V or L-shaped garden room, we can turn one area of the structure into an area that is dedicated to storage. On the Garden Office with Artificial Green Wall, the L-shaped structure is split into an office and long storage room. We particularly love the artificial foliage on this design which makes is stand out from the crowd!

Rear Storage Areas
If space allows, we can design your garden room so that the shed is accessed from the rear of the structure. In large gardens, this means you can take items out of the building without disturbing anyone using the main room. Our customers are lucky enough to have a long garden, and so this is the case for our Garden Living Room with Storage.

Access to Front of Building
In most cases, the best solution for adding storage to a garden room is to have the entrance to the front of the structure. If you tell our team the ratio of room to storage you require, we will create a design that accommodates this. You may want to make the entrance a feature of the building. Our customers in Brighton did this by having the storage door in a cedar cladding, whilst the rest of the structure had a black cladding. Check out their Garden Room with Shower & Storage.
