We designed and built this simple cedar garden office which offers a professional office escape, just moments from the backdoor. Sitting at 3.5 metres by 2.5 metres externally, the outbuilding offers ample room for a desk and storage.
Red western cedar is one of our most popular cladding styles. Its earthy tones of red, brown and orange allow the cladding panels to seamlessly blend with the surrounding garden. It is a sustainable wood, with extremely durable properties such as ability to resell insects and rot. In order for cedar to keep its warm colours, we suggest treating the wood with a UV protector every twelve to eighteen months. However, you may be happy for the cladding to naturally silver down.
