Located in the heart of Brighton, our clients Alex and Helen felt the end of their garden wasn't being utilised effectively. We discussed with them what they envisioned, and they decided that they would a home office, as well as a storage area that they could use instead of a rickety old shed. By splitting the structure in two, we fulfilled that dream.
We used a striking Cedar cladding to the front elevation, with a uPVC fascia and soffit to match the French Doors and adjoining window. We decided that due to the tight nature of the site, we would use James Hardie weatherboard to the side and back elevation, to minimise any maintenance to those areas. Alex's love of gardening really topped the project off, which looks amazing in the summer sun!
