Do you dream of an extra room at your property but don't want the upheaval of an extension. This garden living space with utility room could be the answer. Rather than opt for a costly and disruptive extension, this garden room has given our client some much desired space. By splitting the room in two, and the addition of a toilet and sink, this has become a self contained, multi use room!
A garden room doesn't have to be confined to one use. This room can be a home office, a cinema room for movie nights, or a utility room to free up some space in the main property. Sitting at 5.9m x 3m, we managed to nestle it into an unused section of the garden, and used a corner door and window maximise the natural light. The cladding was chosen to match the house, using James Hardie Weatherboard in 'Boothbay Blue'.
