This is one of our most asked about garden room builds, and it’s easy to see why! With gorgeous cedar cladding and bi-fold doors, this is a desirable studio that would look great in most gardens. Our customers were predominately looking for an outdoor family room and space for hosting gatherings. However, they felt that the addition of a kitchenette and shower room would make the space more dynamic for future use. We therefore created this contemporary L-shape annex. The structure contains a small kitchen area complete with an oven, sink and cupboards for storage. We have also added a small shower room with a sink and toilet.

The canopy on this structure is what makes it a real show-stopper. It sits over a hot tub area, providing shelter and an element of privacy.
