In this instance, our client required a professional home office meets guitar practice space. A garden studio offered the perfect, private room for both needs. Separate from the house, a garden studio offers a distraction free hub that will avoid disturbing everyone around you, including the neighbours! And with the added bonus of soundproofing offered in our bespoke design packages, we have been able to create a sound tight space that is ideal for work and those all important jamming sessions!
This build includes an upgrade to acoustic plasterboard, as well as acoustic glass which is installed in the garden room doors and windows. Air-con installation helps to regulate the studio's temperature throughout the year, particularly when the room will be used for creating noise. The garden room is finished in "Evening Blue" James Hardie weatherboard cladding. This popular cladding is an ideal low maintenance choice and adds a pop of colour to the garden.
