Garden Rooms are an ideal way to create a family retreat away from the main home. This studio in Sussex will provide a family with a room that will be used exclusively for rest and play. The space can be a TV room for the whole family or a solitary chill out space that can be enjoyed individually.
In order to maximise the use of the Garden Room, the family requested that an ensuite with shower was installed in the structure. Our skilled team will complete everything within the project including the tiling, plumbing and necessary electrics. To optimise every square foot in the building, we chose to add a sliding door to the ensuite which has made the most of the available space. Garden Rooms with bathrooms are a fantastic option so that the family doesn’t need to make the journey back to the house to use the toilet. The building can also double up as an occasional guest bedroom.
The Garden Room is finished with red western cedar, which is a cladding that can be included on all of our garden room builds. The warm colours make this a perfect cladding if you are looking to have a building with a modern finish.
