Creating a space where our clients can be creative is always a satisfying experience! Combining an art studio and an office under one roof has given both our clients the space they need to fully maximise their potential. Including running water, as well as being insulated to meet building regulations, this space can be used comfortably all year round.
Clad in striking black corrugated steel cladding, this project gives a modern twist on the barn aesthetic and is in keeping with the surrounding buildings. Featuring a GluLam beam running through the whole structure allowed us to have a fully vaulted ceiling internally, creating a mezzanine above the WC and art studio.
Aluminium doors and windows externally, and a professionally plastered interior with oak doors round off a really beautiful building. Hardwearing LVT flooring makes it easy to clean any paint spillages, and the cladding is a low maintenance option, meaning the structure will look this good for years to come!
