Located in Shoreham-by-Sea, our customers approached us for a garden room that would give them additional family space. With teenage children and space becoming limited in the house, they looked to the garden for the extra living room they required. The Miniature Manors team designed and built a studio that took up the unused space at the end of their garden. In the area sits a gorgeous magnolia tree that our customers were keen to keep. We therefore designed an L-shaped structure that would sit around the tree.
This garden room features tongue and groove cladding which is a smart, budget-friendly finish compared to composite and cedar cladding. The structure features large sliding doors in anthracite grey which connect the garden to the room beautifully. Spotlights sit in a subtle overhang, allowing the structure to light up at night.
Garden Rooms are often a more cost-effective alternative to an extension or loft conversion. As our carpentry team do not need to enter your household, they are an undisruptive way to create more space. As you can see, the result is a spacious room that acts as a hub for family to enjoy.
“Very professional team who I couldn’t fault from enquiry to completion. Process very straight forward and all employees on site considerate and flexible. Garden room exceeded expectations – good quality build, great design and kept to budget and timings. Not sure how we lived without it now!”
