After moving to a new home in Surrey, our client who is a local artist, reached out to Miniature Manors once again to recreate the creative sanctuary he had left behind. This 4m x 3.5m garden art studio was designed to be a calm, characterful workspace, specifically tailored to meet the unique demands of a professional artist while blending seamlessly into its new garden surroundings.
To provide the perfect environment for painting, we focused heavily on the balance of light and layout. The studio is clad in durable Cobblestone fibre cement cladding and features a glazed single door alongside a carefully positioned window. This configuration was intentional, preserving plenty of uninterrupted wall space for hanging canvases and organizing materials.
