About this design
The Miniature Manors team designed and built this garden room for a self-employed hairdresser who worked from home. Wanting to separate her working life and home life, her brief was for us to create a sleek garden room which could be used as a base for her business. The hand-crafted 4 metre by 3 metre garden room that we created provides a professional, yet relaxed environment which the hairdresser and her clients both love.
All of our garden studio designs can be adapted for your home business needs. In this case, we installed a basin for washing hair that has a water heater. Our team also created shelving and a desk area where paper work can be kept and hair products can be sold. This design can easily be adapted for other self-employed beauty professions.
