Garden rooms are a great way to provide self-contained accommodation to relatives or guests. With our bespoke design service, we will help you to create an impressive, multi-functional space that caters to you and your guest's needs. Our granny annexe garden buildings can be built with an optional kitchen, washroom, separate bedroom space and living areas - giving your guests independence and privacy during their stay.

Ensuite granny annexes have become increasingly popular amongst families. Our outbuildings are a cost-effective way to offer accommodation to elderly relatives who want easy access and comfort. As the housing market becomes more challenging to enter for first-time buyers, families are also considering garden accommodation as homes for older children. Our granny annexes can even take the form of holiday homes - you may want to consider a rustic cabin if you're in the countryside, or a sleek structure for city centre escapes. Holiday homes are a great way to generate extra income if you have the time and space. Planning permission for a garden room is required if the space will be used as accommodation. This is something that our team can assist you with. 

This L-shaped garden room was built for a client in West Sussex. The space contains a large living area with adjoining kitchen and shower room. Our bespoke design includes the veranda and decked area which houses a hot tub. This is a great space for housing guests and hosting parties.

  • Cladded in red western cedar sourced from sustainable forests

  • Tyvek breathable membrane wrapped around structure for ventiliation

  • Flat rubber roof 

  • Electrics including 8 double sockets, 16 internal & 12 external spotlights

  • Electrical connection to the house

  • Guttering connected to water butt 

  • Double-glazed, aluminium bi-fold door with grey frame

  • One double-glazed, aluminium window with grey frame

  • Laminate flooring in living space

  • Vinyl floor in washroom

  • Plastered and painted with skirting boards and architrave 

  • Kitchen includes:
    - Sink and tap
    - Six storage cupboards with laminate worktop
    - Oven & Microwave

  • Washroom includes:
    - Electric shower
    - Shower cubicle with tiling
    - Toilet & sink
