Our Design Process

1. Your Enquiry

After your initial enquiry, a member of our team will aim to contact you within 24 hours to discuss your garden room or gazebo plans in more detail. It is always helpful to find out if there are particular features that you would like built into the garden structure, as well as if you have a size in mind. We like to get an estimate to you as soon as possible so that we can determine whether we can accommodate your budget.

2. Site-visit

We recommend booking in a site-visit with one of our Operations Managers in order to have a detailed conversation about your garden room, gazebo or play area plans. A member of our knowledgeable team will bring material samples and our digital portfolio. This enables you to choose the finish on your garden structure, and allows us to create a design that is truly unique for you. We will also look to take accurate measurements and can discuss where you would features such as plug sockets or entrances.

3. The Design Stage

Our team will then create a CAD design which encapsulates your ideas. We will send this to you with a list of proposed specifications and a quotation. We welcome any feedback and will keep making adjustments until you are 100% happy with the design and cost.

4. Booking in a Start Date

When you are happy to proceed with your own Miniature Manor, we will schedule your build into our diary and you will be introduced to your site manager. To confirm your start date we require a deposit which will be outlined in your quotation. Start dates are confirmed on a first-come-first-serve basis, although our lead time is usually no more than 4-6 weeks depending on the time of year.

5. The Building Process

The build time of our garden structures depends on the size and complexities of your project. The majority of the work will take place on-site in your garden. As none of our structures are mass-produced, we will order your required materials especially for your work. Our gazebos can take a week to ten days to construct. Our garden rooms will take three - five weeks depending upon the additional features required such as washrooms or specialised decorating. We are aware that some of our competitors will be able to build their structures within a shorter time frame, but this is often because they offer modular designs that are assembled like off the shelf furniture. We have a talented team of carpenters who take pride in their work and will aim to get your custom-made design completed as soon as possible.

6. After-care of your Garden Structure

Once your garden building or gazebo is complete, we will advise how best to look after the structure to ensure longevity. We offer a 10 year warranty on any building defects, and in the unlikely scenario that require a repair, will get a member of our team to you quicky.

Looking for something extra? We are an experienced team of carpenters with a wealth of experience in creating a range of structures. If you would like a quote for fencing, a bespoke piece of furniture for your garden office, or perhaps a gazebo to match your summerhouse - then please let us know.
