Inclusive, Unique Designs
We recognise that every customer has a unique set of requirements, so our aim is to design structures that reflect this. Every Garden Room is individually designed to create the perfect office, guest room or family space. Our stunning wooden gazebos are the ultimate garden show-stopper.
Our quotations are inclusive of all trades that are required for your garden structure build. We work closely with our own electrician, plumber and plasterer to co-ordinate every aspect of the build. We understand that our customers can lead busy lifestyles, so sit back and let us do
the organising for you.
Confidence in Quality & Pricing
As our portfolio shows, we offer a high quality finish on all of our Garden Room and Gazebo builds. Our skilled carpenters only use materials that are sourced from local timber merchants, who in turn source their
wood from sustainable forests.
Our competitively-priced quotations are transparent, with no hidden costs. If you are working to a particular budget, please let us know and we can show you what you can be achieved. All of our structures come with a 10-year warranty against building defects.
Keeping it in the Family
The roots of Miniature Manors can be traced to the 1970s, and a small business called 'Wendyhouse World'. Founded by John Kear, this small carpentry business built bespoke play houses for households across the country, including members of the royal family!
Inspired by his father's carpentry skills, our director, Richard Kear, went on to train as an oak framer and later established Miniature Manors in 2009. In the early days Richard also built play structures, but he soon realised that there was a demand for Miniature Manors for big people, as well as small. Fast-forward to today, and Miniature Manors is an established family-run business serving Sussex, Surrey & Kent. Richard and his team are proud to offer tailor-made structures that encapsulate the individuality of their owners and the garden surrounding them.
