This high-spec garden office was built for a family in Surrey who were running their home business from their spare bedroom. Keen to reclaim the space in their home, they approached the Miniature Manors team to transform an unused area of their garden into a sleek home office. As the garden was slightly angled, our team were able to construct a building that snuggly fit into the space.
In order to achieve the grey exterior, we used a grey composite cladding. Composite cladding comes in a range of neutral colours, and is engineered so that it does not need to be treated or maintained in the long-run. Unlike timber which can warp with changes in temperature, this synthetic material is extremely weather-resistant. Although it is one of the more expensive cladding options that we offer, it is a fantastic option that has a natural-looking grain that resembles timber.
Our customers are delighted with their new working space that will separate their working life from their home. Here's what they had to say:
"We would like to thank Miniature Manors for a superb garden office. The team were very professional, and they delivered the project in less time than anticipated. Due to weird angles, the entire building had to be designed and built bespoke, and it is faultless."
