The possibilities of bespoke garden room design are endless, which is why we work closely with every customer to understand the features that they require. We offer an extensive range of cladding, joinery, roofing and decking options. Our craftsman can incorporate storage areas, verandas, and will build into awkward spaces.
“I had a wonderful experience with Miniature Manors. From the outset, they made me feel involved and influential in the design process and explained each aspect every step of the way.”

All of our garden rooms and garden offices are built to the size of your choice and can be adapted to fit almost any space.
We manage every aspect of the build to ensure your final structure has been finished to the highest specifications – from the groundworks through to the final electrical connection. With our Design Process, we use standardised construction details to ensure the highest level of build quality across all our projects.
Our team is willing to work with a wide range of materials including oak, composite, aluminium, reclaimed timbers and recycled roof tiles, sedum roofs and artificial walls.
In the event that planning is required, our architectural design team can take over this process and at present, have a 100% success rate at achieving permission. We charge a separate fee for this work which also covers the submission fee to your local council.
We commonly apply for planning permission or work to building regulations for the following reasons:
Where building regulations or planning permission conditions are required, we will adapt the specifications of our build for the all-important sign off.

This garden room is oak-framed with a mock tudor front that matches our customer’s main home. Bursting with rustic charm, the interior of this studio includes engineered oak flooring, panelled walls and a vaulted ceiling. As this structure exceeds 2.5 metres in height and is within 2 metres of the boundary, our team successfully obtained planning permission for this project.
The Garden Room Guide fell in love with this corrugated steel studio, stating it is in their top three builds of all-time! This unique design contains a home office & gym which are connected by a stylish covered walkway. Demonstrating the skills of our design and construction team, the interior has a beautiful birch plywood finish which contrasts against the barn-style exterior.
This garden room is peppered with green features, making it a beautiful office space for spending the working week. Working closely with our clients, we have taken a simple garden room design and have explored ways to make the room blend with its surroundings. By including a sedum roof and artificial green wall, this home office has real aesthetic appeal.
As the intended use of this garden room is a gym, we applied for planning permission in order to build this garden studio with a taller ceiling height. The structure sits in an awkward corner of the garden, and so our team cleverly built the structure to this angle. It is complete with a rear storage area that is accessed via a garage door.
If traditional is your style, we can create garden rooms with pitched or apex roofs. This example has rustic feather-edge timber cladding and clay roof tiles. What makes this design unusual, is how these charming features contrast against the two sets of contemporary bi-fold doors. When open, a whole corner of the room is open, connecting the room to the garden seamlessly.
If you’d like to incorporate a hot tub or outdoor seating area into your design, a side canopy is a fantastic option. This garden room has been set up as a home gym that is connected to a hot tub area beneath a canopy feature. This project was a full garden renovation that has low maintenance features thanks to the fibre cement cladding.
